Amsterdamage.

one more night here, then i venturing off for a couple of days... until the 25th. staying at a hostel called "the flying pig". it is great. free breakfast. free internet and wi-fi. went on a long walk yesterday... and pretty much everyday... just trying to absorb it all and see everything i can. have been eating for dinner a toastie cheese sandwhich for 2.50 euro — it has olives and onions, the sandwhich itself is super basic but just enough food. Amsterdam is an extremely beautiful city, thousands of bikes, more bike riders than car drivers... they are serious about their bikes. some have play-pens on the front that hold 3 children... it is ridiculous. the houses are very uneven and i believe this city will one day collapse. the streets are actually lifting in some places... seems quite fragile and temporary. the sky was blue the first day i arrived. met an amazing girl, karie. we have been hanging out the entire time. she is a floridian. she does not take herself too seriously and is having an amazing time here in europe.
